If you’re wondering if this is actually meant to sound how it sounds or if it’s internet shipper brain rot making it sound that way, my mother who almost never picks up on sex stuff on tv unless it’s actually explicit watched this with me once and at this part she turned to me and said in scandalized shock “That was a SEX thing!”
Oh yeah the show is basically “how much innuendo can we get away with and still be rated TV-PG” and it’s a slow burn to Lois and Clark getting married. The whole point is the extreme sexual tension between them. And also them going on batshit investigations as a reporting team (bc it’s a superhero world. Things are ridiculous). It’s not a dark/moody/serious show like more modern live action super hero shows.
the issue with the dishes and getting rid of leftovers in the fridge and so on is that Well you dont want to do it because it sucks and is gross. so you can avoid it for a while. but watch out! because now its worse
